Shipping & Refunds
Required reading if you buy direct. Written plainly on purpose.

Physical orders
- Signed hardcovers ship within 3–5 business days of order, US domestic only.
- Tracking is emailed when the label is created.
- International shipping is not currently offered. Use a retailer.
Damaged or lost
If a book arrives damaged or does not arrive within 21 days, email orders@tracebellmont.com and it will be replaced at no cost. No return required for damage; send a photo.
Physical returns
Unread, unopened copies may be returned within 30 days for a full refund less shipping. Signed and personalized copies are final sale unless damaged.
Ebooks
Digital downloads are delivered immediately and are non-refundable once the download link has been used, except where the file is defective or the wrong title was delivered. If the file will not open on your device, write in — it will be fixed or refunded.
Preorders
Preorder cards are authorized at order and charged when the item ships. Preorders may be cancelled at any time before shipment for a full release of the authorization.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. Digital goods are taxed differently by state; the checkout handles this automatically.
